Crystal Beads Tagboard Rules
Welcome to the Pieces of the Past® Crystal Tagboard. We have added this to the site for some quick easy posting. If you are not familiar with a tagboard please read the information about it below and please don't forget to read the rules.
The rules for posting on the tagboard are fairly straight forward.
However, if you do not follow them then you'll risk having your IP address banned for posting.
The Short & Quick Version
- Do not plug/advertise your website. Entering your URL in the "URL or Email" field will allow users to visit your website if they want to. Don't make a post just telling people to visit your website.
- Never link to sites with unappropriate content, such as pornography, hacking, discrimination or hatred.
- Do not give out personal information, such as addresses or phone numbers. You may ask someone for their IM/Email but they do not have to answer so please do not pester them.
The Details
Breaking these rules, or doing other things deemed inappropriate by the
site administrator will result in possible message deletion, banning
and/or chat being disabled for a length of time determined upon being
disabled. Anyone returning from a ban, will result in an immediate
notification of their internet service provider's abuse department.
- No site spamming.

- No avoiding filters
Changing the spelling,
formatting, or other characteristics of profane words (by adding spaces,
punctuation, misspelling, or other means) in order to get around the
profanity filters is unacceptable. However, if you are trying to say
something like "My cockerspaniel" you may change the characteristics of
that word. Please refrain from testing our filters also. Anything more
than 3 of the same character will be filtered to prevent flooding. As in "Yesssss!"
- Poor Formatting (repeated characters, [b][i][u],
etc.)
Please do not call unneeded attention to your posts by
making it entirely in bold, italic, underlined. Or repeated characters
such as "Hellllllllllllloooooooooooooooooo" it spams the board, and is
generally not well accepted. Please also refrain from typing in
StIcKyCaPs, or IN ALL CAPS.
- Answer Service
The tagboard visitors and
administrators are not a service to answer questions about an order or other business related questions. You can contact us through our about us page, thanks.
- Explicit Conversations/Fighting/Racism
Explicit conversations are forbidden on tag-board. If you
are seen fighting, in a non tactful manner, you will be swiftly warned
then banned if it continues. There is to be no racist attacks on
tag-board(that includes discriminating against, creed, race, and or
sex.). If you are found to be breaking one of the formentioned, there
will be Zero Tolerance from our Administrative staff. Debates are to be
kept civil, if anyone is found to be attacking another, you will be
banned.
- Phone Numbers and other Personal Information.
Please do not ask people to give out their phonenumbers, or
other information. You may ask for peoples IM's but please do it in a
respectable manner, and keep a clear head if you are refused. There are
an unknown amount of people watching the board, and we would prefer that
other personal information be kept to themselves. Please do not ask for it.
Thank you very much for your participation in reading
the rules, and in following them. We realize that they are a lot, but, we
try to cover everything. Please also note, that has a failsafe, our admins
