Your items will be shipped first class US Mail in a padded envelope and we usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Cost of S&H is calculated on the current rates for USPS and will be displated upon checkout. We do offer expidited shipping if needed and we ship orders over $50 USD Priority Mail as a free upgrade in shipping.
International shipping & handling worldwide is around USD $6.00 Global Priority (4-6 days) and this will be calculated on your invoice upon checkout as well.
Insurance, if chosen, we will replace damaged or lost items, if not chosen the buyer assumes responsibility once it is shipped. Once shipped, we have no control over the how and when the USPS delivers.
U.S. and Canada is optional for $1.50 per $50.00. International insurance is $3.00 per $50.00. We do not use USPS as our insurance company, so please check your invoice for confirmation it has been added. Please be aware that if you pay for the insurance your package is insured for loss, we guarantee it.
We make every effort to ship all our orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship Monday through Thrusday and most Fridays but not on the weekends. In example, if your payment is made Friday morning, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.
We respect your privacy and we will not share or sell any of the information you provide to our company for any reason, including email correspondance, account information, addresses or any other details. We do make special offers to our customers from time to time and we also send out marketing and email newsletters. You can opt into or out of these specials or emails at any time.

Auctions & Buy it Now Store
eBay is a unique markeplace and we have very specific policies regarding auctions, payments, biddding, and much more. Please go to our ebay policy page and read the information their for all the details. We do run specials on eBay, but auction prices are unique and not offered but as a "special" sale we run.
Please do not bid prior to reading this information on our auctions, the auctions are specials we run and therefore are not as flexible as our other types of sales.

We hope that all of your purchases arrive in good condition and are exactly what you are looking for. If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as you can. Items purchased from either of our stores can only be returned if the incorrect items were shipped or in a case of a manufacture defect.
We promise all of our customers they will receive un-touched, brand new beads in great condition. Once they are shipped through the mail we can not make this guarentee anymore so please contact us if you have a problem.
We can usually work something out that will not require a return, which might be a credit in our store, a refund, or a re-shipment. Either way, we will work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their orders.
IMPORTANT: This is one of the most important issues when buying online. The only way we have to communicate with you about your purchases is your registered email address when you checkout.
When you finish shopping with us, we send out an invoice, once your order is we will send another notificaiton shipped and other emails pertaining to your order.
If you do not receive an email from us immediatly please check your spam folder or junk folder for our emails. If you use AOL, MSN, Earthlink, or Yahoo please check your spam settings.
If you still do not find any email from us please click on the link email link at the top of this page and let us know so we can look into it.


We accept Visa and Master Card and PayPal and you may choose either upon checkout. We do not accept any form of mailed payments. We do not have any way to make any exceptions at this time and will need all payments in electronic form of some kind.
We are committed to high customer service and quality transactions with Square Trade. To show our committment we joined the Square Trade program in February 2003 and continue to maintain their high standards for transactions on eBay. All Seal Members have to meet strict criteria to be allowed to become Square Trade Seal Members and then have to maintain these criteria to retain their Seal.

We spend an enormous amount of time and money to take our photographs, develop our listings, and write our documentation. We take other company's trademarks very seriously as well and go to great lengths to make sure we comply with any other trademark property or items we sell. The austrian crystal we sell is a trademark name and we comply with their trademark policies (and those as stated on eBay's VeRo program).
